The microregion’s center is undoubtedly the royal city of Litovel, also called the Venice of Haná due to the six arms of the Morava river, which flows through the city.
Who hasn’t heard of the Javoříčské or Mladečské caverns, not to mention Litovelské Pomoraví ? Who wouldn’t like to visit central Moravia’s most-sought-for castle, Bouzov, or even the baroque castle in Náměšti na Hané yet the castle in Chudobín and the community itself, taking pride up on its three churches, each of them visited by different believers?
Who would refuse to visit the Arboretum in Bílá Lhota with its 500 kinds of evergreen tree species and herbs to admire from spring to fall ? Who would not succomb to the charms of romantic walks around Nové Zámky, where the Lichtenštejn had several interesting standing constructions built in free nature – let’s remind Chrám Přátelství (the Church of Friendship), Čertův most (Satan’s bridge) or the arificially arranged Podkova cavern.
Who wouldn’t be curious to see the the architectonically valuable stronghold in Unčovice ? In addition, it is so close to other attractions from Litvelsko, who admittedly exceed the microregion’s community’s borders, but lure to appealing visits – let’s mention the small haunting castle in Úsov, Šternberk’s castle or the most significant commemorative reservation in Moravia, the city of Olomouc.
